- Send clear photos within 7 days
- If product is unusable, a replacement or store credit will be issued
Disposable Vape Isn’t Working (DOA)
- Report within 3–5 days of delivery
- Submit a video showing the issue
- One-time replacement will be sent if the device is dead on arrival
Vape Leaked or Failed After Initial Use
- Must be reported within 3–5 days
- No replacements for vapes used for multiple days
- Decisions may vary depending on circumstances (e.g. travel)
Melted Gummies
- Place gummies in the fridge for 1 hour before opening
- If completely unusable, send photos within 7 days
- May qualify for replacement or store credit
Customer Satisfaction
If you are not eligible for a replacement but are unsatisfied with your experience, we may offer:

- A discount code for a future order
Adverse Reactions

- If you experience an adverse reaction, consider any allergies or interactions

Chargebacks
