  • Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Must include clear photo or video evidence
  • Eligible for a one-time replacement or store credit

  • Send clear photos within 7 days
  • If product is unusable, a replacement or store credit will be issued

Disposable Vape Isn’t Working (DOA)

  • Report within 3–5 days of delivery
  • Submit a video showing the issue
  • One-time replacement will be sent if the device is dead on arrival

Vape Leaked or Failed After Initial Use

  • Must be reported within 3–5 days
  • No replacements for vapes used for multiple days
  • Decisions may vary depending on circumstances (e.g. travel)

Melted Gummies

  • Place gummies in the fridge for 1 hour before opening
  • If completely unusable, send photos within 7 days
  • May qualify for replacement or store credit

Customer Satisfaction

If you are not eligible for a replacement but are unsatisfied with your experience, we may offer:

  • A store credit
  • A discount code for a future order

Adverse Reactions

  • We are not medical professionals
  • If you experience an adverse reaction, consider any allergies or interactions
  • Reactions vary from person to person
  • Store credit may be offered as a goodwill gesture

Chargebacks

  • Refunds are not offered unless the product is defective or incorrect
  • Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in a permanent account ban
