Blue Cheese Fem
STRAIN PROFILE Blue Cheese Fem
UK Cheese is arguably the most popular strain in the United Kingdom. It has also been used as a cultivar to breed many other hybrids. As one would expect of a variety given such name - it has a pungent, sour smell of its namesake. More than that, it is a ent Sativa that could induce an intense psychedelic experience.
As exceptional as it is, Cheese is also a challenging plant to cultivate. Not only that but its tall structure also makes it elusive for people with limited spaces. Hence, the addition of Blueberry genetics made the offspring a viable alternative.
Blue Cheese retains a tamer version of the cerebral high of Cheese. At the same time, it inherited the relaxing qualities of Blueberry as well as its flavors.
From United Strains of America, feminized seeds of Blue Cheese can be germinated, and it would grow into a sturdy plant that is well-capable of producing a massive amount of resin-covered buds.
Growing Blue Cheese Feminized
Blue Cheese is ideal for beginners because of its relatively easy growth. Its bitter leaves deter pests, and thanks to the Hindu Kush genes of Blueberry, Blue Cheese is naturally conditioned to resist mold infection.
Most people do prefer an indoor setting. It is not a tall plant and, topping early, growers could keep it as low as 80cm. While fitting it inside a small grow room is possible, its stretchy nature also means that it requires regular pruning. Because it is feminized, it does not have hermaphroditic tendencies once subjected to the stress of trimming.
Using hydroponics is a great option. But to let the plant achieve its full ential with regards to fragrance and flavors, it is best to use soil as the growing medium. However, to maximize its yields further and cut down its vegetative phase, employing the Sea of Green set up would be ideal. After, growers can harvest some 500 grams of buds per square meter within 8 to 9 weeks of flowering.
Outdoors, Blue Cheese should be planted in an environment with plenty of sunshine. It could grow up to 200cm, still short if compared to Sativa plants. It should be ready for harvest by the middle of October with each plant capable of producing up to 550 grams.
Fragrance and Flavor
Blue Cheese emits an oddly pleasing odor reminiscent of pungent, well-aged cheese. While it threads on borderline foul, the sweet notes of blueberry rise above and stabilizes it into an unusual but delightful blend.
Just like a cheese and grapes platter, this strain makes for an exceptional appetizer. Once lit, the harsh smoke can scratch the throat and induce a coughing fit. And, during the exhale, it leaves a fruity aftertaste.
Effects
Blue Cheese is the perfect dressing to improve the mood. It is a far-reaching strain that delivers a well-rounded and satisfying experience, although its relaxing high does not kick in on the first bite. Instead, it creeps in slowly following the initial euphoric rush.
Gradually, soothing sensations spread to melt the body like cheese. It high level assures that. As the built-up tension is washed away, it is replaced with a relaxing buzz that helps in unwinding without the senses getting knocked off.
Blue Cheese if used in moderation is a relaxing strain without the sedation. However, a little bit too much and it can deliver a devastating blow leaving one spacey and locked on the couch. Not only that, over-indulging can cause mild cases of paranoia. Having a rather sudden, head-centered high can also cause dizziness or headaches. To wit, dryness is a common occurrence that manifests in the mouth and eyes. Generally uncomfortable but easy to overlook, staying hydrated throughout the session is enough to ease the ache.
Blue Cheese Feminized Seeds
Blue Cheese satisfies the mind before bringing in profound relaxation. It uplifts the spirit and brings people out of the funk. Recreational users may find it an excellent companion in chilling.
At home, whether it is indoors or outdoors, growing it is also a delight. Best of all, it comes in feminized seeds. Most important, United Strains of America makes sure that the seeds sprout into female plants that have the ential to produce an abundant number of flowers.
